What we collect, and what we don’t.
This policy covers confirmmymeds.com — the marketing site, the Try It walkthrough, and our contact/demo-request forms. It does not cover the separate live prototype application, which is a distinct system reached only by a signed, single-use link after a live demo (see Security & data handling).
The short version
This site is a B2B marketing site for healthcare organizations, not a patient-facing service. We don’t collect real patient or medical information anywhere on this site, in the Try It walkthrough, or in our forms — the walkthrough runs entirely in your browser against sample data and is never sent to us. What we do collect is ordinary business-contact information from people who want to talk to us about the product, and we follow up about it by email.
Information you give us directly
When you fill out a form on this site — “Book a Free Demo,” the Try It walkthrough’s contact step, or a registration for the live prototype — we collect what you type in: your name, work email address, organization, role, and any notes you add. See “Email communications” below for how we actually follow up. We don’t ask for or accept personal (non-business) email addresses on these forms.
We do not collect payment information anywhere on this site — there is no checkout, and nothing here requires payment.
How we follow up, and how U.S. law governs it
When you submit a form on this site, you’re agreeing that we may email you about that specific request — see the consent statement next to each form. Our email practices follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7704):
- Our emails identify ConfirmMyMeds as the sender accurately — no misleading “From” names or addresses.
- Subject lines describe the actual content of the email — no deceptive framing.
- Every email includes a clear way to opt out of further messages, honored within 10 business days, per the Act’s requirement.
- Every email includes our valid physical postal address, as required by the Act:
[408 4th Ave, Mason, OH 45040] - We use the address you give us only to respond to the request you made with it — not to add you to an unrelated marketing list.
We don’t collect a phone number anywhere on this site, and we don’t text or call — if that changes for a specific product in the future, we’ll ask for separate, explicit consent for it at that time, on that form, rather than relying on this policy to cover it retroactively.
To follow up about what you asked for — nothing else
- To respond to a demo request or contact-form submission, by email.
- To manage your account if you register for access to the live prototype, and to log when that access is used (see Security & data handling).
We don’t sell contact information to third parties. If a HubSpot integration is enabled for our own sales pipeline, your form submission may also be stored there under HubSpot’s own privacy terms — it’s the same information you gave us, routed to our CRM, not shared with anyone outside our team.
No patient data, no ad trackers, no data broker relationships
- We don’t run advertising trackers or sell/share data with data brokers.
- The Try It walkthrough never transmits anything about the sample “patient” or “medications” you interact with — that entire flow runs in your browser and is discarded the moment you leave or refresh the page.
- This site’s own database never stores real or simulated patient/medical data of any kind — only the business-contact information described above. The live prototype is a completely separate system with its own account boundary; see Security & data handling for what that system does and doesn’t do.
Ordinary web-server basics
Like any web server, ours logs standard request information (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies for logged-in sessions on this site; we don’t run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
Ask us to update or delete what we have
We keep contact/lead information for as long as it’s useful for following up with you, and account information for as long as your account exists. Email us (below) to ask what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted, and we’ll take care of it directly — there’s no automated self-service flow for this yet.
Contact us
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data: reach us through the contact form, and mention it’s a privacy question so it gets routed correctly.
