One-time setup, and how to get it for free
Every new clinic has a one-time setup fee that covers wiring up patient notifications, importing your patient panel, configuring users and the admin-approval gate, and training your team through go-live. It’s billed once, at signing — never a recurring charge. There are two ways to start:
Standalone — the fast start
No EHR vendor or IT project required, so your clinic can start on its own timeline. Your medication list runs alongside your EHR rather than synced to it. Roughly 40% less than EHR-Integrated.
EHR-Integrated — reads your EHR directly
Connects to your clinic’s EHR so the medication list stays synced automatically. More setup effort up front in exchange for no manual panel imports going forward.
Either way, what you pay depends on the term you sign, not the tier:
12-month contract: 15% off + setup savings
Sign a 12-month term and both incentives combine — 15% off your annual rate at every tier, plus the setup fee waived entirely for Small and Medium, or 50% off setup for Large and Enterprise. Protected by a clawback: cancel before the term is up and the waived or discounted setup fee becomes due.
Month-to-month: full price, full setup
Cancel anytime, no long-term commitment — and no 15% discount or setup-fee waiver either. You pay list price and the full one-time setup fee shown above.
